Special Events for 2007

May 26th, Saturday, Memorial Day Picnic: 12:00 to 3:00 PM In the park area, by the pool.
Everyone brings their specialty to share (appetizer, salad, fruit, vegetable or dessert). The marina will be cooking hotdogs, hamburgers and chicken on the grill and providing beverages. Entertainment by a local musician. Rain or shine.

August 18th, Saturday, Boaters Bluegrass Festival: 4:00 to 8:00 PM Our annual bluegrass festival is always a "Stompin' good time" This year we welcome back the Skystone Bluegrass Band from Mineral, Virginia. Plenty of food, drinks, and fun for everyone. For our overnight guests and slipholders, the cost is $10.00 per person. For all others, $20.00. Call early to confirm your reservations. Rain or shine, the party will go on!!!!

September 22nd, Saturday, Campfire Cookout 5:30 to 9:30 PM Everyone gather around the campfire for good food, beverages, toasting marshmallows and making s'mores. Entertainment will be provided by local musicians. No Rain Date. No charge for this event.
