Annual Slip Rates
Payment in four quarterly installments
No extra charge for land storage

Free land storage with annual contract.

Short Term Rates
Free tie-up while dining at Spinnaker's Restaurant

Daily :	- $1.50/foot (min $30/day)
Weekly :	- $5.00/foot
Montly :	- $10.00/foot (open) - $14.00/foot (covered)

Land Storage
$3.50 per foot/month -minimum $75.00 per month
Boats to 29 foot on trailer $75.00 All others on trailer CALL for rates.

INFORMATION FOR TRANSIENTS

We monitor VHF Channel 16
Dockmaster will direct you to proper slip. Fuel dock restricted to boats onlly while taking on fuel.
Rates for dockage up to 5 hours

DAYTIMERS (Electric and use of facilities not included)
Up to 25':	$5.00
26' - 55':	$10.00
Over 56':	$15.00

WATER & ELECTRIC (Available to every slip)
Single 110v 30A :	$5.00
Double 110v 30A :	$10.00

Showers, laundry and pool :	Because of restrictions by the Health Department, these facilities available only to permanent slip holders and overnight guests.
Dogs:	Are welcome, but must remain on a leash. Please use Dog Walk areas and clean up after your pet. (See plan of marina grounds)
Fuel :	Discounts available on volume purchases. High volume fuel pumps, volume discounts, and marina life discounts.
Docking Lines :	If you are assigned a slip, please use your own docking lines.
Fishing and Crabbing:	Are allowed in the immediate vicinity of your boat.
Grocery and hardware store nearby:	Courtesy bikes available and corp discount for enterprise rental car & taxi. Ship store with snacks, sandwiches, service parts, nautical gifts, beer, wine, and liquor sales available.
